General

1.    By signing up for a username on this website, (https://events.bellringing.org) you explicitly give ART consent to process your data to adminster the site and your use of it, and to plan the locations of future events.  ART will process your data in line with its Privacy Policy, which can be found in full here: https://bellringing.org/policies-and-guidelines/privacy-policy/

Data we hold

2.   All the data we hold on you can be seen in two places on this site:
a) Your personal data can be seen and changed by following the My profile and password page (once logged in). 
b) Information on the events for which you have registered (if any) can be seen on the My registrations page (once logged in).

Deleting your account

3.    You may delete your account at any time, by using the Delete your account option on the My profile page. Whilst your account data will be deleted immediately, data on any events you have attended and payments you have made will be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.

Exporting your data

4.   If you wish to export your profile data, you can do so at any time, using the Export your account data option on the My profile page. You will be sent an email asking you to confirm the export. Follow the links in the email to access your data

Changing your email address

5.    You can change your email address at any time, on the My profile page. The system will send you an email asking you to confirm the change.
